Outstanding and helpful product. Many thanks. –TPT Customer

I now have all grades (K-8) and think of these as my bible for teaching! Thank you! –Teachers Pay Teachers Customer
A big THANK YOU to Structured Learning for producing this curriculum! I was asked by my school to integrate computers into how we teach our 7th Grade Curriculum. I about had a heart attack until I found the Structured Learning Curriculum for 7th Grade. The exercise-centric methods used in the book to teach our kids are realistic, widely available on the internet and customized for the 7th grade student. I was able to very easily understand the curriculum so I could teach my kids and they really loved it! I had parents finding me to tell me the new things their kids taught them at home.

This is really user-friendly and fun! So user-friendly, in fact, that parents doing homeschooling could use it too! I HIGHLY recommend it to teachers everywhere who have kids learning with computers. –Amazon customer

Teaching tech can be exciting and overwhelming both at the same time. These lessons aren’t especially new. What is new is how they are organized. When ISTE updated their standards they did away with the laundry list of scope and sequences. There is still a need for them as they are the building blocks for all that follows. Structured learning has put that structure back in yet still looking forward to the Big Ideas, NETS-S, and now the Common Core.

There are ample tools provided to structure your complete K-8 Technology Curriculum if, like I do, you teach a stand alone, weekly computer class. You can keep track of what you’ve covered and students can check off standards as they’ve mastered them.

I also want to mention that they include projects and accompanying rubrics, tip posters to print and display, Overall it is brilliant and I can’t wait to collect the whole set and implement the complete program next year. They even manage to integrate Keyboarding into this which used to be a standalone two year time waster.

Overall: Brilliant! –Amazon customer

I have taught middle school technology courses for several years and try hard to keep adding new things to my courses. I purchased the 7th and 8th grade Tech Lessons and the K-6 Digital Citizenship books. I have found them very useful and well organized. They not only correlate to the ISTE Standards but also the Common Core. The information in these books have helped to complete the paperwork that schools require for lesson plans, curriculum maps improvement processes and more. This lessons are complete and interesting. They have helped me include lessons and topics that I had not thought of on my own. They are a great source for technology teachers. –Amazon customer
As a first year computer teaching taking on grades K-8 this has been my go to resource for all my middle school lessons. While targeted at 7th grade any of the lessons can be adjusted to other grades based on your students abilities. With so many topics to cover this book really helped guide my curriculum and keep the content relevant to students who are 21st century learners! Great resource for any classroom teacher as well. Many lessons integrate how technology can easily be integrated into any lesson.  –Amazon Customer

My daughter is using this book at the school she attends and loves it. It makes learning technology so easy for children. It organizes learning so that each lesson builds on what came before, and nothing’s presented that children aren’t ready for. This is the first of six–through fifth grade. I’ve seen the work of fifth graders who have used this since kindergarten. They edit photos in Photoshop and make movies using Pinnacle Studio. They do PowerPoint slideshows that look great. I’d recommend this series to anyone. –Amazon customer
